Hi, am new here so please bear with me until I get the hang of things here. I purchased a 2010 QX56 about 5 months ago. It had 18000 miles on it, a beautiful ride. It looked as if it sagged in the back so I took it to a dealer in Ohmaha and they replaced a sensor and the computor that operates the suspension system. I live in Mandan, ND and the nearest Infinity dealer is 500 miles away, thats a chance I took when buying one. I just came back to Nebraska to visit my daughter and pulled a light trailer, loaded maybe 2000 lbs. It didn't appear the leveling system worked at all. I do have an appointment with the dealer in Ohmaha tomorrow to check it out. I was just wondering if this is a common problem with other Q owners out there.:)

did you hear the compressor start and pump the air bags up ? you should hear a little wine near the gas cap or the left rear tire ! i have not had any issues with my air bags and i haul about 6,000 - 8,000 pounds 2 times a week. after i hook up my trailer i start my truck in park and let it pump up when i hear the compresor cut off ill start my haul (takes about 20 secs for the compressor to start )
