I'll take earthquakes any day! Sure, we don't have warning when they're coming, but we only get them every 15 years or so, and they're over in about 45 seconds!!! I don't know how you guys put up with hit after hit from these hurricanes, I couldn't do it.

Last year it was hit after hit...this year (at least in Central FL) it's been scare after scare....

And I guess because we get warning and because we get prepared they don't seem as scary to me as an earthquake. Now that would freak me out!!!
