I like keeping my tires looking shiny and wet. I've used black magic (makes a mess) and the zaino brothers stuff (good but could be shinier) I've seen cars out there with shinier tires. I'm curious about what you guys use to to keep the rubber lookin' good. Let me know what products you use

thanks

Purple color grape smelling stuff from Eagle one. Works well, has UV protection(Which you want) but takes a while to dry. If you don't wait, you get spatter. Whatever you do, don't use silicon based products like Armor-all. You can't get it off and it promotes dry rot and attracts dust. ;)

I have McGuiars. I always wipe off the excess. I also have large round cardboard templates that I cover the wheels with so when I spray it on it doesn't get on the wheels. I think mine are always dried off by the time I drive so no worries, black tires.

I loved to use Turtle Wax tire Gel, but I think they stopped making it and I just finished using the last of it...

But it never had any spin-off, unlike everything else I tried.

What do you guys use on the running boards? Everything I try makes them so slippery, they are unuseable! :crutches:

Thanks!

Nothing. I wash, rinse, and dry so there aren't water spots. ;)

there is a new product that I saw in a magazine that guarantees that the tire shine does not splatter like all the others while keeping a beautiful shine on your tires...it has a picture of a monkey on the bottle...I cannot remember the name and I'm trying to find the magazine that I saw it in..does this sound familiar to anybody?? :fantastic

ok here's the name of the product I was trying to guess..it is called the Shinning Monkey.. and it guarantees that it will not spit....you can see it on this website www.shiningmonkey.com .it costs $5.99+shipping+tax ..I have not bought one yet ...but it's worth a try just not to deal with that mess after you put that stuff on....it also states that this stuff will last for weeks :excellent
