Me two I have 99miles on my truck and I did it all in two weeks.

Nice I just turned 150,000 on my way home last night.

So what you YOU GUYS recommend as a to do for the 100K maintenance?

change the spark plugs, and ALL of your fluids.

I have heard transmissions fluid might not be good to change after a certain point because it is actually helping your old transmissions from leaking. Just seeing what others think.

I'm due to change my trans fluid again and will definatly put new fluid (and the PML pan and a TransGo kit), even at 150,000 miles.

i think you are referring to flushing it. which the consensus here is DONT FLUSH. just drain and fill. flushing would remove those 'deposit' and move other debris around and it would then lodge itself somewhere else. correct me if im wrong.
