Considering giving these a try in place of the Continentals. I would go for the Michelins but I just can't justify the price right now. So the choice is between the greater of 2 evils. I am basicaly looking at $90 a piece for the continentals and $114 for the goodyears. So will the extra $100 be worth it to try the goodyears or not. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If it were me, I would avoid Goodyear like the plague. I just dumped a set of Eagles that lasted all of about 20k miles and were noisy. Plus I never could get them to balance properly.
