Got a pair of Nokya Hyper Yellow #881 bulbs from Eautowork, they dont fit. The stock white bulb is #882 and a straight bulb to a straight connector...these have a 90 degree angled connector and just dont fit....what yellow bulb do I need??

They werent sure even though they recommended this bulb.

Have the same problem as you do (did). I was thinking about cutting away some of the bumper to fit the bulb but the plug will not stay securely on the bulb. Might have to just change the whole fog assemble to aftermarket type. let me know if you come up with a different solution.

Checked with the dealership, 890, 899, 892, 884, 893 bulbs should work. The owner manual is wrong.

Uh, you might not want to do that. 30w bulb, and you have to watch your heat or you could melt the plastic housing.

thats what i was thinking, so the above post that teh 890, 899, 892, 884, 893 would work is false. Can anyone recommend a yellow fog light bulb relplacement that is a straight bulb and not one with a 45 degree angle?

Phl, take out your foglight bulb and look at the bulb #. I used a Nokya 889 type, 37.5w. The owners manual state the foglight uses a 881 bulb but when you pull the the bulb out, it is a bulb #.

they number on the bulb is 882

Check again, its on the side of the plastic where the harness plugs into, not the the print on the bulb.

I installed 893 silverstar bulbs on mine. They work great and plugged right in. They don't look as white as the HIDs, but they are more white than stock. ;) :goteam:

Someone posted pics of yellow and HID's and it looked pretty good but if both of you could post some pics of your setups that would nice.

I have the same fogs w/ some 6K HIDs. Looks ok but I want the yellow that the IS300s have. Trying to find out some way to modify it...I'll let you know if its possible.

Looks like you flattened a cat with your driver's side tire in the front pick. ;)

I think the is300 fog lights are a projector housing kind of like the old school piaa head lights. Im not sure though but that might make a diffrence. I was also thinking it would be that yellow.
