Just curious if anyone else had this problem. The left thigh support on the seat bottom is already completly flat and it feels that when sitting, the seat leans slightly to the left. All the other seats are holding up great even the right side of the seat which is where I tend to lean. Is this something that is fair to make the dealership fix under warranty. I have had the thing for 6 months and 15,000 miles so it concerns me what it will be like in another year. Thanks for the input.

I noticed this the first week. Have yet to bring it to the dealer though. If you feel the seat, and compare right vs. left side, it seems they cut too much foam out for the controls. There may be a way to add some foam or polyfil, but this shouldn't need to be done on a new vehicle. Imagine what it will feel like in 3-4 years!!!

I have the same problem. I noticed it when I drove it home... (I test drove a different Armada than the one I bought... that's why I didn't catch it then.)

I'm planning to let the deal know and ask them to fix it when I bring it in for service for the first time.

I have noticed this issue also but have not brought it to the attention of the dealer. I don't really expect them to have a fix for it. I read on another site that the seat cushion is to be improved for '05. I am curious if there will be an upgrade possible for the '04s.

Has anyone had any luck with this battle with the dealership? I've had my truck fro 4 weeks now and have noticed the left side of the drivers seat is starting to erode.

I did get my drivers seat cushion replaced. I don't think it is something that most dealerships will mess with though. It's kind of a wear and tear issue. It sure is a world of difference as far as the firmness of the cushion but it still seems to lean to the left. I just might have to put a level to the seat tonight. I know some people have complained about their experience with dealerships but State Line Nissan in KC has been great.

I had the same issue with my titan and the dealership replaced the seat cushion no questions asked. I had my truck for 4 months with 3000 miles on it when they replaced my seat.

Now I have had the truck for 9 months and 6000 miles and the seat needs to be replaced agian. I don't think they will be as friendly about it this time.

I got to quit dragging my *** across the seat when I get in and out and get a set of step bars. Or my seat will always look like crap no matter how many times I get it replaced. The foam in our seats is just not as firm or strong as it needs to be.

Also if you have low miles and not had your truck long it should not be a wear and tear issue. There is no way a seat on a $30.000+ vehical should wear out in the 1st year. Maybe if you put 50,000 miles on it in the 1st year then it might be wear and tear.
