Because the brake judder was getting progressively worse, I finally took the Armada in for the fix. When I got home and looked at the repair order, it showed that the rotors were turned, and both front and rear pads replaced.
I immediately copped an attitude with the service manager, but he told me that my rig already had the new rotors, and that it was the pads that were the problem. I find it hard to belive that pads would cause rotors to warp, but I guess I'll find out.
I hope this isn't an omen for everyone out there that has gotten "The Fix".

He's correct in that pads can cause the rotor to warp. They don't warp so much as pad material gets left on the surface of the rotor and eventually that's what starts creating the shake. The final Nissan brake fix goes to a softer brake pad made of different material that doesn't leave these deposits or create as much heat. That's why everyone is seeing much less brake dust as well. From what I've been told this, along with a thicker rotor, comprise the final fix. SCR38 is our tech guru here- he could probably tell you more and in greater detail.
I would, however, be pretty leary of him stating that you already have the new rotors because they typically replace the front rotors and all 4 pads and turn the rears for the final fix.

Just to add to that, If you have bought your vehicle used, and don't know if they have the permenant fix on it, ask the service manager for the service record it should indicate when did they do the permenant fix.

Final fix at 25k. Now at 37k and judder has returned. Final fix may not be the fix to end all fixes.

I got underneath, and looked at the inside of the rotors.
They are definitely the redesigned ones that warped.
The dealer turned them, and hopefully that's the end of it.
One thing though is that the brake dust from the new pads has all but disappeared.
