Should do it automatically. It goes off when tires go below 29. Keep them around 35. ;)

Its cold here in Pittsburgh, and that tire pressure sensor light keeps coming on. Happens every winter. I check the tire pressure and hey its got 36 lbs in each tires and still the light stays on. guess Ill fill er up a bit more to say 38lbs and see if it goes out this time. This cold weather plays fits with the senors.

Tis the season for low pressure lights. :D

This is not Titan/Armada related but it's on the same issues. My fiance's Toyota 4-Runner had the low pressure light came on this morning (temp. dropped here last night). Anyway I stop by a shop and had them put air in all the tires, light still on. We checked all the tires and put in a little more air, light still on, me and him both say WTF. Another guy came by and said "spare tire", huh? Well we checked the spare tire and it was only 22 PSI, put air in the spare and the light went away. How the heck did the system know the spare was low on air? Not sure if our Titan/Armada work the same.

Seems like after driving it got heated up a little causing the pressure to rise and turn the light off. :excellent

The sensors need to be driven for a few miles before they register a reading, then the light will go out. And, our spare tire does not have a sensor, else we could use it to rotate our tires and increast total tire life by 20%. Not sure how the 4runner does it (reference earlier post).

This one drives me nuts! Every time it gets really cold (and I live in Atlanta) so it doesn't get that cold, the tire pressure light comes on and then it thinks I'm paying no attention to it so it starts making a siren noise; it starts drowning out the radio so I turn up the radio and then it gets louder, so I turn it up some more and so does the stupid tire pressure thingy; pretty soon it's like a contest to see who can drown out who :whip:; then, if I don't feel like a complete idiot by now, my young daughter turns to me and says in her sweet little angelic voice, "Mom, it's a car, it doesn't care how you feel!" :191:
