ggeorgie 01-26-2006, 04:47 PM I like 3
92TripleBlack 01-26-2006, 04:53 PM They are all sharp. Everyone knows my opinion on BIG wheels so I won't go there. As for what looks good, I like 1 and 4. 2 and 3 look too sparce. You'd want a big brake pkg if you get those. 4 looks like a nightmare to clean, so I'd get 1.
casinojames 01-26-2006, 05:59 PM 1 and 3 look nice to me? (poet)
shaft2k 01-26-2006, 06:24 PM 3 and then 1. 2 and 4 look like a nightmare to keep clean......
ockevin 01-26-2006, 11:33 PM I like number one and then number three.
Nice wheels.
armagdn 01-26-2006, 11:59 PM i have 3 my self just powdercoated to match the truck :)
but i like 3 and 1
armagdn 01-27-2006, 12:41 AM there all nice except 4 looks realy hard to clean
Doc91 01-27-2006, 03:16 PM 4 is the sharpest and i haven't seen those wheels in every SUV around here. and if your from SoCal, you won't have alot of problem cleaning those wheels.
hullio 01-27-2006, 05:40 PM #1 and 3 ;)
joeyg 01-27-2006, 07:31 PM 4 looks great but would be high maintenance. 3 is the best for ease to clean.

JanMan13 01-30-2006, 03:30 AM #3 would be for me! 24" rubber rides like a skateboard though. go for the 22" and put the 305/45/22's with a little more rubber in between you and the road. every little bit helps. just a thought :2cool:

I like this guy. ;)
ockevin 01-30-2006, 03:42 PM I noticed no difference in ride with the different tire sizes that I had.
I had 22" polished Boyds with Nitto 305/45/22 and changed to
24" Chrome Foose's that run Pirrelli P zero's 295/40/24.
The sidewall diff. is very minimal and could not see a diff by the naked eye. A trip to view tire rack .com size chart revealed an overall tire diameter of
22" - 33.2
24" - 33.2
sidewall diff was .2 cm

If you have the same overall diameter, and the rims are 2" wider, you have 1" less of sidewall by definition. Using your tire sizes, the 24" have 4.72" of sidewall. The 22s have 5.49" of sidewall. They 22s should be 32.98" in diameter. The 24s should be 33.44" in diameter. The difference should be 3/4" in sidewall, and 1/2" in overall diameter, adding up to the 2" rim difference. The stock sidewall is 7.42" for SE and LE, 8" for SE OR. Huge difference. I have 6.71 and I notice the difference. ;)
ockevin 01-30-2006, 07:05 PM I do notice the difference between the stock 18's and the aftermarket 24's. The ride is smoother on the stocks but I like the handling better on the 295/40/24's.
coleman 01-31-2006, 08:41 PM Whatever you do, don't get #4 cause those are the ones I want. :D
tlong 01-31-2006, 10:56 PM You should look at Foose, these are the ones I'm saving up for mine. Going big with 24".
