Hello all,

I'm an owner of a smoke Armada and was planning on going chrome as far as rims but was also considering black w/ polished lip. I saw a smoked Titan on some KMC Backseats and it looked pretty smooth, but he also had a nice drop on it. Any feedback or pictures of Madas would be greatly appreciated.

I used to have a Smoke Armada, had chrome QX56 wheels on it, and it looked great. The black wheels might get lost with the Smoke color.

Of course the chrome will work, but I'm leary of the Black. Saw a Chevy Tahoe in smoke with color matched rims with a chrome lip that looked tight as **** but wouldn't know where to get them.

Thanks for all your feedback guys. I was going to go w/ the black on smoke but I'm not sure if the "JDM" look will look right on the Mada. I would hate to invest in some rims and not be happy w/ the way they look but anyways...the Titan below looks hot as hell IMO.

I like chrome as long as you aren't at the beach or in a snow zone. Black is better in salt. Both would work. Also, it depends on what else you can do. You don't want to "over bling" it. ;)

I would love to see a chrome rim with a smoke painted face of the rim. I think that would be original. Need to find a body shop to paint them and put on lots of clear coat to protect the rim from the elements.

When I click on the link, it shows the Elanor mustang, with the smoke paint, smoke/chrome wheels with chrome rims and smoke hubs. ;)

It worked now, needed to wait a little longer...That car is sweet and the rims look good.

I was going to go with black rims and a polished lip on mine but some times they make the rims smaller then they are. They will both look good though, my friend has black on's on a black Mada.

In all honesty for that brand of rim that isnt bad... I like those rims those will look tite on a smoked Armada

Other peoples black cars always look great.. if the black car is yours then you notice all the imperfections in the paint.

My suggestion... get Smoke. It's a very classy color.

Yeah, Asanti makes some nice rims but expensive. HREs are also clean looking but would leave a huge hole in my bank account.

Anybody know a reputable place in SoCal that powerdercoats rims? I would be willing to also give them some left over Moon Cake from the Chinese New Years. :D

I think the black on smoke looks tight! Go with what ya like! I have a smoke color one, but I'm not there on the rims yet.
