On this site size does matter. You must shrink the size of your pictures. Use an photo editor program like MS Photoeditor or MS Paint and go to "image...size..." and change it from inches to pixels and reduce the size until length and width are both under 400 pixels then save it again. This should make it small enough to upload onto the site. If not shrink it again until it is small enough.

If you don't have any advanced graphics programs, you can actually shrink the pictures using MS Word and MS paint, both programs are common in any computer. MS Paint will destroy the quality of your picture, you need MS Word to shrink the image without losing image quality. You can try it this way. From MS Word, click "Insert" at the top of the window, then click "Picture", then "From File...". An "Insert Picture" browsing window will appear. Navigate to where you keep the pictures, highlight the picture you want to shrink, then click insert. The photo should appear on your MS Word window. Move your mouse arrow over the bottom right corner of the picture until you see a diagonal double ended arrow then left and hold click. Drag the arrow towards the upper left corner to shrink the size. When you are satisfied with the size of the photo, release the left click. Your image should be shrunk now. Right click the image and select "Copy". Open MS paint from the "Start" , "All Programs", then "Accessories" menus. When the program opens, paste the picture you copied and then save as a JPEG file. Now your file size should be smaller. If it is still too big, repeat the process starting from the point that you were shrinking the picture in MS Word. That should be it, goodluck!
