Does anybody (scr38 for example) know what TC 0442 means?
Had that stored in my diagnosic system...
But just for one day...

Another Question; might it be possible to get an electrical Plan of the ECM?
Need to know, from where I can get a rpm-Signal.

Hi Andreas. Look at the attachment for a discription of Code 442. The most likely cause is the gas cap not being closed tight enough.

Andreas, there isn't a engine RPM wire from the ECM to the instrument cluster. The RPM signal is sent from the ECM to the Combination Meter via the CAN (serial network), not with an individual wire. So there is really no way to see that signal.
