I want to do a price comparison on getting our factory ones painted or just picking up a set of infini ones that come painted already.

I'll go out on a limb and say I can gaurantee it'll cost more to buy the infiniti racks vs. painting yours. I bet they are unpainted so You'll have to paint them anyway.
