The conversion from km/hr to mi/hr yields 190km/hr = 118 mi/hr. The US armada's are limited at 112 mph (180.2 km/hr), so either your ECU is programmed different or it really doesn't have a limit that high. There is a company called Technosquare that has an ECU flash available that will remove the speed limiter and do some other things depending on the one you get. Here is a thread that talks about it and it has a website for them.

Q-Ship who recently supercharged his Titan also did the Technosquare flash. He reported going 120 mph with power left, he back down (don't blame him).

I did read the thread FL Crushin posted and it did get me concerned, some of the guys on clubTitan in that thread are saying that the OEM ECU will not read/learn of any performance modification, and it will read only OEM. unless you send your ECU to Technosquare to ECU Flash it. the only thing I like about this, is the fact that technosquare can get rid of the speed limiter. Now, on this forum I read that the OEM ECU will learn the new modification without resetting the OEM ECU or sending it anywhere.
can someone chime on this, b/c if our OEM ECU does not learn of any performance modification then why spend the $$$.

My Armada (here in Saudi) is limited to 190 kph, on the speedo. The GPS checked speed is 181 kph at an indicated 190 kph. The speedo over reads by 9 kph from about 90 kph. So I would say 180.2 / 181 kph is the same and most likely our ECU's are also the same

There's certain paramater set into out ECU that can't really be change. The Technosquare or some piggy back box seems to work but as for factory ECU, you can reset it but it will kinda revert back to square one. I reset my ECU every 2 weeks or so.

As you can see I installed the Volant, does that means I am not gonna get any performance, unless I set the ECU every 2 weeks? WOW and I was gonna get the Gibson Exhaust too, am glad I did not.

I don't think that is what he means. The ECU "learns" your driving behaviors and tries to maximize fuel efficiency and other things. This doesn't mean that you lose the benefits of your mods. When people reset the ECU they are taking it back to a clean slate. You will probably pick up that original "pep" from when you just bought it, but your fuel efficiency will probably suffer a little. You still however get the gains from your mods either way.

Crushin,
Good to hear that, so the sole purpose of technosquare is to get rid of the speed limiter, did I understand that right? and if I don't reset my ECU its still gonna learn my driving behavior, and learn of the Modification installed and am not gonna suffer any fuel efficiency issues. right?

Right, when putting on new mods (intake/exhaust) resetting the ECU clean the slate and your getting the benifite right away. Unfortunately most everyone drive normally most of the time and only go WOT here and there. That normal driving will make the ECU learn your habit. Any mod you do will work for you don't get me wrong. You don't have to reset your ECU, I got a Gtech and when ever I go to the back road and make a bunch of WOT run, the truck seems to response better after that. It's just the ECU picking my "New" driving habit.:D
