Congratulations to corvette for winning their class (again). But most of all to Audi, not only did they win again, they won decisively from start to the end in a Diesel, no less - first time ever for a Diesel to win Le Mans. CONGRATULATIONS!! WELL DONE!! :D :D Maybe now Diesels will get their deserved attention in the U.S.

The reason Diesels aren't getting their "deserved attention" in the US is the US diesel fuel is dirtier than the European diesel and the Euro diesels today won't run on US fuel. However, the US is set to upgrade its diesel standards to Euro specs in a couple years. This is when you will see high performance diesels here. ;)
