i have an 06 SE smoke w/ graphite leather and bose:

problems/fix between new and 1000 miles---
replace passenger airbag warning light
balance and re-balance tires/wheels
lubricated noisy passenger rear window
loud, beyond normal, clunking noise when turning a/c on---dealer said normal for a truck---did not have clunking sound with my 02 suburban


now with about 4k miles---
replace both front door window regulator b/c made a lot of noise when rolling window up/down
replacement regulator for driver side rear door waiting to be replace--had to order regulator
passenger side second row fold down seat would not latch down so we could not use it--stuck in fold-up mode
passenger front door handle trim would not stay in place, kept poping out---dealer said excess material they had to trim
a/c took about 45 minutes to cool front cabin--outside temp was about 94----dealer said a/c working properly---yeah right!


hopefully you guys have better luck than me

04 Armada LE with about 24,000 miles - no clunks switching AC on, does not take 45 minutes to cool (even with vent open and being in Houston). Can't comment on the others but those two definitely don't seem right. Hope you get your kinks worked out soon and have a trouble-free truck to enjoy.

I (fingers crossed, knock on wood) have not had those problems, yet! I have an 06 also. Bought it in January! I got a little over 14k miles.

daym we have same car and my rear passenger windows has same problem. along with electrical bugs in the interior dome lights. How did you fix or lubricate the rear passenger window? it is pretty annoying..

'05 LE leased in October of '05. I had the problem with the wheels. It might be more a result of the Conti tires. They are pretty darn awful if you ask me.

the dealer lubricated the right rear door window, then replaced the 2 front window regulator, and waiting for the window regulator for the left rear window to be replace---dealer had to order one---the ran out after having to replace both front door
