You can't. The only way is to get your ECU re-flash by Techno Square that remove the top speed limiter.

You mean way up above 180km/h? Besides removing the speed limit, you also need to consider upgrading a few things. The stock tires is rate S and is not safe for anything above 180km/h.

Correct. The speed limiter is there because the stock tires are only rated for 112 or 114 mph. You'll need better tires or you could have a bad surprise. Plenty of goood quality street tires that can get you there. ;)
