Parts needed: These were an eBay purchase / $75 for the pair.
[1] Pair of tow hooks (chrome one's shown) w/mounting bolts.

Note the "R" and "L" markings. They are actually the on the bottom side of the tow hooks. That is, they face downward when installed.
Tools recommended: (no pics, sorry)
19mm open ended wrench (for front bolt)
19mm closed end "ratchet type" wrench (for front bolt)
19mm socket/wrench (for rear bolt)
The install:
Unless you have long arms (ie to be able to reach underneath the bumper up to where the hooks bolt on) .. you'll want to
[1] slide the font bolt through the tow hook opening

[2] slide the tow hook through the same opening
[3] push the bolt through the bolt hole (of the tow hook) in to the frame (the hole is already threaded) .. and finger tighten it.

[4] use the open ended wrench till the bolt clears the bottom portion of the opening
[5] get under the bumper .. thread in the back bolt - holes should line up.

[6] use socket / wrench to tighten
