What is typical dealer cost to get the differential fluid changed?

About double what they should. Don't use dealers for regular maintainence like oil and tires. Its like buying popcorn at the movies vs. the supermarket. I got mine changed to Mobil One at 1500 miles. Cost about $150 for oil, both diffs, and the transfercase if I remember correctly. You probably want to change the oil after 1500 and then at regular intervals. This gets the excess shavings and gasket putty out of the oil left over from manufacturer. The Titan guys do this also. Good preventative medicine. ;)

Well I called my dealer and they quote me $95.00. Sounds resonable?

For the rear, or for the rear, front and transfer case? (2WD or 4WD?) Also, is it dinosaur or synthetic. Synthetic is far superior for longevity. I got all 3 synthetic for $150 from a Mobil Oil Change place. ;)
