after filling up at my local gas station, i started my engine and went on my way. i look down to notice that my gas gauge is only 1/4 tank full. i know for a fact that i put in $55 worth of gas!

when i got home, i took out the key and restarted the truck several times and the gauage would only go up as far as a 1/4 of a tank! i tried this several times and same results each time.

any ideas?!

Sending unit I would guess. I've read numerous Titan and a few Armadas suffering this problem. They have to drop the tank to get to it so go in with an empty tank....

luckily, when i started the truck this morning it was somehow fixed! i have a feeling that after topping off, the float got stuck somehow and got un-stuck overnight!
