Here are the pics of the so promissed Exhaust Mod. + flares after they were installed. Asides from right passenger side being a little loose, all others are fine.

Dennis,

That looks AWESOME!!!! I wish I kept those cuz they look so good. Yours is the first truck I saw in smoke w/ flares. Perhaps someday I will find some extra money and get it done. Hopefully the body shop will figure out how to keep the flares tight. I wonder if the heat/sun/humidity in FL is causing issue? Just out of curiosity - what did the body shop charge to paint/install them?

They painted them for FREE, because my car was going in to repair a door. someone hit me....then since it delayed 2 extra days and I was cool about it, then didn't charge me. But i did pay 50.00 for the guys who installed. As for the fixating of the flares, I will try something else later on. Going to buy extra strength double side tape, heat up the flare that is causing the problem and tape it with masking tape over a weekend. that way it will set properly. I am sure that humidity, rain has a lot to do with the fact that it doesn't hold properly. But again, only one side has this prob.

So i will try heating up with a heating gun, use stronger tape and then use masking tape to glue in place for at leat 24hrs.

The charge they told me, should be around 45/flare.
