Is it just me or the chrome plating on that tailgate handle is a little dull? Does it match the factory chrome plating? Nice addition to my chrome taillight trim, can't wait for the LED tails to come out with the red housing.

It's just you, the picture is grainy, and in person it's shiny as fresh wet paint. : )

is that a replacement or just a stick on that goes over the original handle?

Am I the first to get these Jason? Put them on today. Put the smaller peces on first, and then the cover. It looks as real as any chrome door handle. Even up close.

Its not that hard, when you want to post, at the bottom of the page, click on the manage attachment button, then browse for the pictures on your computer and upload. Just experiment with it, and should be fine.

tell me what photo editing software you are using and I might be able to walk you through it. If you can reduce the picture size (pixles) in editing, and then hit "sharpen image, it might help. then just upload the pics again.
I had to play around A LOT before I figured it out:D

Looks great. Question, can it be pulled off later and returned back to stock?
I return mine in 2 yrs after lease.

Yep, it will actually protect the paint while it's on there...

Also, I bet if you left it on after the lease they wouldn't complain or notice. hehe

That must suck leasing a car if you want to modifiy anything.

That is true. Generally I've never had an issue with it. As long it is equal to or better than stock, no problems.
On the positive side, I get a brand new SUV or car every two years. I do 4 yr leases and always have 2 leases separated by 2 yrs.

Well, If its equal to or better then it cant be all that bad.

The problem is that the lease return crew that comes out to inspect for damage and stuff, they get to be the ones to decide if its "equal to or better".
And you never know about these guys......
:D

I had a few guys on a lease do the dash kit we sell, the real wood, and one guy got an extra $200 back for having installed it, : )

You never know, I'd leave it on when you return it, and if they say something, just remove it, and it will be good as new.

No, there is no liftgate area on the QX. Only the Armada has that area.

Looks Nice. Jason B, you sell on ebay?

Jason B
12-11-2006, 09:06 PM
No, (unless it's a clearence thing, which is maybe once a year.) There are many knockoffs these days, of everything. There can be 4-5 different companies making the same thing and while it may look good in a picture, quality can bite you. When people are on ebay, they are in the mode/mood to find the lowerst/cheapest price, so our items can't compete with that. We stand behind everything we sell 100%, and are all about quality and service.
