I just registered my vehicle here in Nevada and they have it listed as only weighing 5999. If that's the case, this isn't eligible for the home based business deduction that I had planned for. I could have swore I read that the GVW is 7,000 pounds. Can anyone else confirm?

WEW! So, now that this topic brought out on the floor...lets all get our ducts lined up. $25,000 initiall deduction, then what is this talk about the 1st year depreciation deduction?

Not positive, but I think it's an add'l $5k on the $25k, so you might get $30k total for '04. Don't quote me, but that's what I recall seeing.

We bought in '05, so we will have to wait. I just figured that out. 30% above anything over $25,000. So, around $5,000. Plus we get to write off all the sales tax too! Don't forget that!
