I want to know if anyone has gotten the sirius sattelite radio mod with the N.I.C.E. and does it off the sattelite traffic option like the Acura's traffic navigation that will reroute you based on real time traffic patterns. I recently avoided an accident while hauling some kithen countertops and one slid right into my N.I.C.E. so I took it back to Crutchfield in Charlottesville Virginia and they are sending it to Clarion to see if it can be repaired, if it can, i'm going to do the camera hookup, as well as the sattelite radio IF i can get the traffic function.

I have the N.I.C.E and the Navsir sirius sat., but it does not re-route you based on traffic in your area.

you have to have specific hardware for that. the clarion is not compatible with that service. that service requires a special unit.

i am going to have to send the one installed in the armada as well. the video inputs do not work. when i hooked up the cam (or ANY video soruce to either the cam input or video input) i get horizontal lines in the display. the other nice i have does not do this.

It wasn't picking up GPS signal. My local shop sent it in to Clarion and they sent me a new unit back. $125 flat rate charge for repair.
