Probably the Lightning. They are made to run fast, the Titan are more of a "work" truck but can be made to run fast. There's one guy with intake, exhaust, Up Rev tune and he's knocking on 13s door N/A.

No i am going to be driven an armada but i was just wondering cuz i told my dad i thought that a titan would give a titan a run for its money.

I agree with BBF, the lightning would beat the Titan in stock form. I think, however, that it wouldn't take much modding to the Titan to make it faster than the lightning. Even stock, I don't think the ford would win by more than maybe 1/10sec.

that was my argument with my dad he thought it wouldnt be close

the lightning for sure, and is really commn sence, he lightning is just a small 2 seater truck and its also supercharged, now put a supercharger in the titan to make the race fair, and the all mighty titan would win

Lightnings run mid to low 13's stock, an mod for mod the Lightning would rock the Titan, the Titan is just an overall better truck and the Lightning is just another Ford truck w/ a supercharger. Got a friend running low 10's in his DD Lightning.

a titan doesn't stand a chance against a lightning. one runs sub 6 on its best day, the other runs sub 5 on its best day.

I bet if we added an supercharger to the armada it would take a lightning. even a factory added supercharger.

yea, and then the dodge ram srt-10 would smoke em both. a titan was never designed to be a drag strip truck, its a much more rounded truck. now, take a 5.4l crew cab 4x4 ford and race against a crew cab 4x4 titan, and bye-bye ford.

don't think a supercharger would make enough of a difference to overcome the thousand lb weight difference.

Ah yes.....finally the truth! The Lightning is very fast. A Titan could take the 1st gen lightning when it was square. But the last Lightnings were no joke.
