Dropped off the Armada this morning for and oil change and some other issues (door rattle and roof vibrating). I have about 17,000 miles on the beast and the service writer said you are past the point of us fixing rattles unless it's something we have worked on before. Is there actually something written into the warranty that gives a time or milage limit while under the 36,000 mile warranty. I would check but the book is in the ride. Thanks.

Just go to another dealer, they are Bsing you and just don't want to help anymore.

I can't remember where I saw it but it's 1mo/12,000 for this type of thing. Now the roof resonance I'm not sure that would be true if it is, it shouldn't be because it's a factory defect and not a wear and tear type deal.
