I cant get my rear passenger door open from the inside or outside. The problem is with the wire that connects to the handle that is inside the door. It has come loose. I use to be able to open it from the outside when this happened before but know I cant get it to open. I also cant seem to get the door skin out with the door close. Any suggestions?

Happened to me three months ago on my "04 SE driver’s side passenger door.... Dealer fixed it NC...
Mech Tech said he finds the linkage retainer is installed backwards allowing it to "pop off" if the door is slammed.
FYI...Suggest taking it to the dealer...panel is a P –I- T- A to take off...

Now if they could fix the drivers door courtesy light...No power to socket.
