I doubt it. But it's doable! I wouldn't strip the paint off with the tires on the rim though. I'd remove the tires, then strip, then sand, then polish, then seal. I polished the valve cover on my Civic back in 1996, before I had a kid (lol). It was so highly poilished, people used to ask me where I got it chromed. The thing is, it requires a touch-up polish every once and a while. Most people opt for aftermarket chrome rims for a couple of reasons.
