Not Looking for a how to but for further knowledge. I will be changing the tranfer case fluid. using synthetic blend. Differential oil going synthetic and changing out serpintine Belt. What I wanted to know is if anyone has any suggestions on anything additional to check while im at the shop with the truck on the lift. Or any advice with the work Im doing. You never know you might recommend or inform me of something i dont know or thought of Im Not an expert. Will be doing this today in the afternoon.

Can't really give any advice without knowing how many miles are on the vehicle, if you have towed or not, what service has been done in the past and driving conditions.

That was kind of silly not to put any further info.

I did all the changes yesterday my truck does have 33k miles and did tow with it. the only thing i was not able to find is a mythical breathing filter for the fuel tank. I off road alot and live in a very dusty environment and wanted to check it since i was told it does clog up any pointers on where to find it.

With that many miles with a lot of towing I would drop the transmission pan, clean it and refill with Nissanmatic J.
As far as the "breathing filter" for the tank, I think you are talking about the Evap Can. There is no routine service required for it. If you have any problem with it you will get an engine light.
The Evap Can is located behind the tank. See attachment.
