I want to install my steering wheel control module.It said tap into the 13 pin wire and connect a resitor to the 13 wire and and a resitor to a 12 wire.
Where is the 13 pin wire and do i splice into those wires and connect a second wire with the resitor to the end of it and then to the pac controller wires.
If someone could explain this to me i would really appreciate it

Plug is located on AV Switch panel.

The AV Switch panel is the radio control panel.

Connect a 150 ohm resistor to vehicle's pin 13 wire.

Connect a 47 ohm resistor to vehicle's pin 12 wire.

Connect remaining ends of resistor to the INTERFACE's white wire.

Connect vehicle's pin 14 wire to chassis ground.

Here is what I did:

1. I tapped into the pin 13 wire with the 150 ohm resistor...connected the other end of the resistor to the white wire (from the pac swi). By tapping in I mean I just removed enough (maybe a 1/4") plastic covering from the pin 13 wire...soldered in one end of the 150 ohm resistor and taped it up.

2. I tapped into the pin 12 wire with the 47 ohm resistor...connected the other end of the resistor to the white wire (from the pac swi). By tapping in I mean I just removed enough (maybe a 1/4") plastic covering from the pin 12 wire...soldered in one end of the 47 ohm resistor and taped it up.

3. Soldered and then electrical taped up the other two ends of the resistor's (also by tapping in) to the white wire from the pac swi.

4. I added a wire between the ground wire I already had and the pin 14 wire (again, by tapping in, soldering, and taping it)...on both ends.

5. I forget where the white wire goes...but the pac swi instructions/website should tell you exactly.

I have the pac for the alpine w205 but my armada wiring for the middle east is not the same as US. for the AV switch i have only 3 wires,, see the attached pics and help me on which wire to connect to. thanx. Note trhat i have the 6cd changer and a tape player which you don't have in the states.Now, how to connect the pac to this connector with the 3 wires?
