OK .. My Armada is equip'd for towing ..

I plan to get a car hauler

I know I want the Equal-i-zer Sway Control Hitch
I know I want the Prodigy Brake Controller

(I hope both are compatible)

What I haven't yet defined .. is what car hauler to get.

My question (and maybe it's obvious) .. the order of acquisition. (Assuming the budget and trailer places can't get me all 3 at the same time)

1. Equal-i-zer
2. Prodigy
3. Hauler

I'm a total novice at this (lol .. you probably can tell by my question)

I have been studying . reading various threads since I got my Armada ..

You should do it all at once. The sway and brake controllers are cheap. You can tow the hauler empty with no problems If the place doesn't have them or get them installed ahead of time somehwere else. Just call and see if they have them. ;)
