I was lucky. I got he set with broken front lenses with no damage to the projectors, halos or shrouds for $85 Shipped from ebay.
Keep an eye out for good deals on ebay. Sometimes you can find all the parts you need in seperate auctions...Dont spend more than 400$ on all of the parts. I have done 5 of these retrofits and that's the average amount i spent on all of the parts.

By far one of the best retro fit write up's on the net Great Job Bro.
