Someone who has installed units such as this will be of more help than me. But here is some info:
The brake light wire can be found at the brake light switch located near the top of the brake pedal are. There are two switches mounted there, one for the brake light and the other for the cruise control. The wire you want to connect to is red with a green stripe.

The parking brake wire can be found at the switch on the parking brake. It is a green wire.

The backup light wire can be found at a couple of locations. It is the green wire with a white stripe that goes from the backup light relay in the relay box under the hood to the backup lights, or the yellow wire with a red stripe that is in the harness to the trailer plug.

Buy the PAC Audio TR-7 Bypass off of ebay. It is a lot better then using the ebrake/foot brake method that Alpine requires you to use. As for the reverse wire, you don't need it unless you are hooking up a back-up camera, you do not drive in reverse enough for the GPS to even notice. One note on the TR-7, only hook-up the head unit wires to it, you can just ground the Navigation ebrake wire on that unit.

Reverse wire can be found inside the passenger side kick panel. I'm not sure about the Mada but my Titan has a harness there that contain the reverse wire.
