Is there a finned diff cover available for the Armada? I have read the one on the Titan is not compatible with the Armada. I do alot of towing and every little bit would help keeping the rear-end cool.
Thanks,
Jeff

I don't know of one. Our cover is aluminum, but not finned. There have been very few reports of Armada differential problems.
If you aren't using a quality synthetic 75W140 in the rear you should consider it.

I've been reading on the forums that alot of owners are filling the rear diff with 75w-140, so I made the switch too. Funny, though, that Nissan still recommends 75w-90 for the Mada but 75w-140 for the Titan. Im assuming they are the same rear-end, the Titan being solid axle, and ours being independent.

I think the ring gear and pinion are the same, but because of the IRS our carrier, side gears, housing, etc are different.
Since mid 05, all Titans come with the finned aluminum cover and synthetic 75W140 from the factory.
