On ebay there was a place in Cali where you'd purchase a chromed set for $500, and they'd put another $500 as a deposit on your credit card. Some of the guys on club titan and titan talk have done it, and they love it. I am going to do it soon. But my new tires have been on national back order since Feb. The exchange that I have talked to was "mspwheels" and this is the same company that the others have tried and it worked fine.
