Can someone explain to me what a cat back exhaust is? I know in a standard set up you have the headers connecting to the CAT, CAT connecting to the muffler, and the muffler connecting to the exit exhaust pipes. So how does a cat back exhaust set up work?

A Cat Back is everything on the backside of the Catalyst (tubing and muffler[s]).
