lol. i dont really want to modified the truck to much, i dont know what exhaust looks nice i dont like those exhaust that hang out on the back.

The gibson exhaust replaces the original in the exact same location as your stock exhaust. You can also have a custom exhaust made to fit your truck in the exact same place as stock but have a flowmaster, borla, spintech, etc.. so it's not hanging out the back if you don't like that look. Exhaust, cold air intake and throttle body kit will help with gas mileage and performance.

TB kit what does that consist of, and why replace anything in the TB

It also helps with the air flow just like the CAI. I just got all three done at once. It's just a small spacer that goes in after your CAI. Lets more oxygen in.
