Found these on Truck Outfitters called Kleen Wheels dust shields. Looks like they go behind the wheel to keep the common brake dust off the rims.

Does anyone have any experience with these? Do they really work?

I've always wondered about those...

My solution is just to convert to the carbotech pads I think.

The problem with them is they don't allow air flow through the wheels. The result is the rotors don't cool off very well. I'd get the new pads.
