I have had my Armada for over a year now (25K miles), I bought a 20' rims with Goodyear 285/50R. It was a smooth ride but lately I can feel every bump on the road and I can't stand it. I have tried lowing tire pressure but no difference. Any ideas?
BTW, what is the difference in suspension between Infiniti QX56 to Armada?

Those rims and tires are the bulk of your problem. Switching from the 70 series to 50 series with a lot less sidewall flex will make any vehicle ride rougher, especially a truck.

I wouldn't be surprised to find out that you have bent a rim. Low profile (aspect ratio) rubber on those 20's don't leave much of a cushion if you hit a curb, railroad track or pothole.
I went through this with an european sport sedan and had to replace several rims and then found a place that would straighten them but it was pricy - over a hundred bucks a pop. Maybe I'm wrong, but if it was smooth and now is not, check to see if you bent at least one of them.
