All I can say is "Sweet". Love the off road tire combo. I should have my BFG radial all terrains on Friday of next week. Hopefully can post some pics.
I am keeping the stock 17 inch wheels but putting on 315 70 17 on it. We tried one and it fit perfectly. So I finally got my set ordered.

Nice! 305/55/20 is where it's at.... How noisy are those Nitto's? They look great.

The nittos are slightly more noisy than stock. You won't notice them though and they handle better than stock by a long shot.

Be careful with the 315s on the 17 inch rim. A Titan just posted that he had the same tires and lost a bead. He was offroading and driving home on a dirt road. He ended up in a ditch with the front end wrecked. He probably had the pressure low for offroading. The rims on those should be betweek 8.5 and 10" wide and the stock rims are 8". If you go with low pressure, they may pop off. Also, at 34.5" diameter and 12" wide, they are larger than what I have. Mine were scraping like crazy on the street until I used a heat gun to bend in the fender wells. You'll neeed to cut the fender wells out and maybe even trim the caps on the side steps to make them fit without a lift. THey make the nittos in 295 70 17s. People have had good luck with them and they are larger than stock. Good luck with whatever way you go.

Do you have any rubbing with the 305's?

I was rubbing out of the tire shop. It rubbed the tire rear part of the tire well when turned half way either way. I used a heat gun to warp back the tirewell so now it is just clearing, just. However, travel won't change this as it is verticle at that spot. The front cap of one of the running boards also caught a tire and I needed to warp that also. Any larger would have meant cutting both tire well and cap.

As for noise, you hear some on concrete and pavers when the windows are open but not really on asphalt, even with open windows.

Hey Triple,

By chance, do you have anymore pictures of your truck with the rims/grapplers on. I'm looking for a side shot of the complete truck. I'm interested in picking up the same size wheel/tire combo. If you do, please send them to armada27@gmail.com or just post them here. It would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Chris
