Aren't employee deals great. Anyway, this grill looks really nice. It is not that hard to install either. Basically my husband and I did it in about an hour. To install it, you just mount the grill over the existing grills. The grill comes with the instructions and it really is not hard. It does have the polished look and it does include a cut out for the Nissan Logo. Why did you decide NOT to use it? My wife decided she liked a more agressive look...
