When I see all these new volant cai on ebay.. I am assuming they are the old ones. Is it worth spending the extra $50 and getting the new one?? Or are they pretty much the same?

The new PowerCores are much better. They are getting the same performance and longevity as the GenIII while using a DRY filter. That means no special cleaning kit is needed and no worry about sludged up O2 sensors. They say when it gets dirty, just pull it out and shake it.
