Ok Guys,

I just want to post this so you guys be aware of this possible problem.

let me see if this is the easiets way to descrive what happend to my Mada, which became a Lemon casualty.

I have notice for months that it was showing some failure in cranking up, mainly that it will crank for a 1 sec or 2 with a funny noise before it actually turn on. Anyways, I took it to Nissan and according to them everything was ok. But you will see that everything very wrong actually.

I was driving on the Highway about 85-95mph, when I hear 2 loud BOOMMM from under my Mada, sec's after my Mada died while driving, You guys know what happends when a car dies in motion, Brakes, steering are gone... It almost kill myself. it was actually the fisrt time in my life that I was happy to see a cop behind me.

A 100 miles of towing later to my local Nissan dealer, the check the Mada and they find that my Starter Blew Up and blasted thru the Tranny, blew my Motor and burn all undercarage wires.

So if any of of you encounter any issues cranking the Mada, Please make sure they check the starter. and if you Nissan don't believe you, tell them to call Nissan Marronne of Kendall in Miami FL.

Keep in mind this might not be your issue exactly, but you never know and believe me, nobody would like to go thru this, I can tell you that much, so better to be on the safe side.

Never took any, from the day that I towed it to the dealer, I never drove again in all those 5 months. I even had to bring my people to the dealer to take off all the custom stuff i had in it...

Just wondering, how does the starter blow up at 85 mph when it is not even in use or engaged to the flywheel? And have enough force to put a hole in the transmission case? And why would that have any effect on the engine?
