It's not too hard. First you want to hold heend buttons to clear your codes. Next hold the button down you want to program along with the remote you are programming. It will flash fast/steady, release that button and the car is programmed. next go to the garage door which that remote belongs to and pust the learn button (normally under a covered area)... You will literally have to run back to your car and hold down that same button you pressed with your remote to program the cars buttons. The garage door should operate. If it does not work, look in the manual or the ref guide and it will break it down for you. GOOD LUCK!!

if you have a Genie Opener with the rolling code, forget it. My salesman
has a new Titan, and he has the same issues. It doesn't work.

I have two Genie openers with rolling codes (bought in 2004). The Homelink works fine with both. I have both the Armada and the Maxima programmed. Just follow the directions from the Homelink card very carefully, and be patient. They work just fine.

I will try it again, but I have just about given up on it.

Follow the instructions on the homelink site posted by Pops - it works like a charm. The nissan user guide (this is what I followed to program all 3 buttons) works as well.

Good luck!

Just make sure you follow the instructions to a tee otherwise it won't work. It took me a dozen times before I finally figured it out and it works beautifully.
