I've always liked the LightForce series of off-road lights, and have been twitching to add them ever since I added the bullbar. I went with the 140's with the optional low-profile mounts. I then reversed and lowered the bullbar light mounts so I could tuck the lights neatly back between the rails. Finally, I found a guy on line who sells an HID bulb mount kit to replace the bi-pins that came with the 140's. Light Force does sell an HID version but only up to 35 watts, and I wanted 55 with the ability to choose my own ballasts. Here's a picture of the result. FWIW: Those little boxes below the lights are the relocated inner parking sensors.

Going with new flat-black paint job,,, using an SEM product that will also provide a satin clear finish to protect her from the elements...... All badges and every ounce of chrome is coming off or being painted over. The roof rack is now bu-bye.. as well as a new smooth look eliminating the small rear window wiper ! (Heck it never rains in AZ, any how) !
Adding some new blacked out read LEDs. and Black projector HID Halos up front along with Full upper and lower billet grille... A ton of interior mods to follow as well................ she will be sitting on a new set of Ballistic Hyjak 22" rims and some fresh rubber,,, so enough talking now I will keep ya up to date each week as we progress ....... Im getting this irritating whirling noise while in motion coming from the front end of the truck. It doesnt start doing till at or about 50mph to 70mph, anything faster it goes away. Ive replaced the front bearings along with tires and its still doing it. A few months ago I had a front differential leak coming from a seal by the axle....it got replaced only to start leaking again. Is it possible that the front differential is causing this? I dont have it in 4 wheel drive therefore Im factoring it out but who knows???..... Could it be caused by the driveshaft? Any thoughtful tips will be greatly appreciated....... Thanks!
