Never even heard of this sticker so if you some how find a number to call them they will tell you they don't know what your talking about and don't have it and that's even if they are open. Then you take all that to this one police station and wait All day for them to squeeze you in to have them run your vin and search your car for stolen parts and have them write up a paper saying your good to ship. I waited 3 different days at the police station and 2 of the days after waiting hours!
