Never even heard of this sticker so if you some how find a number to call them they will tell you they don't know what your talking about and don't have it and that's even if they are open. There is one in old San Juan. sorry this was all over the place writing on my phone. good luck man seriously. Also if you need any help let me know I left there in august back to las Vegas but still know more or less the areas. Let me know how it goes for you.

They lost power and can't process anything so you have to come back. and to top it all off this has to be done and shipped with in 5 days or all that paper work becomes invalid. if you don't speak Spanish or know where to go exactly(like me) good luck cAuse the street names are no where to be found and phone numbers you find for most of PR don't work. It was such a headache worst experience. seriously good luck dude. O and probably even worst is trying to get your car when it gets there you have to take the shipping paper that shipping place gives you and then some how go one of these places called the hacienda and buy what they call an acca sticker and then take it back to the shipping and receiving place so they release your car to you. But not all the haciendas do it and even worse half the people working at them

warrants or outstanding tickets which makes no sense since out of states plates don't show up in their systems(so if you get a ticket don't even pay it). Then you take all that to this one police station and wait All day for them to squeeze you in to have them run your vin and search your car for stolen parts and have them write up a paper saying your good to ship. I waited 3 different days at the police station and 2 of the days after waiting hours!

hey grill, I was actually in the military when I had them ship my mada over there, so I am not sure since they picked up the tab. But I can tell you when you try to ship it back it's a nightmare. You have to go stand at the DMV buy two stickers (DMVs in pr make the states DMV seem like a walk in the park) also show them your registeration title or letter of permission from your loan place and then wait while they run your stuff to make sure you have no
