Roger that, thanks. She's going to Lou's custom exhaust in Nashua, NH tomorrow AM to have them (hopefully) just cut out the bad and weld in a sleeve and be done. Thanks.

Thanks Bob. What are you running on yours at this point? Are you saying that b/c you are not satisfied with what's out there for bolt ons?

I always respect your knowledge and I wanted to run something by you. My wife has an 07 Armada & the damn exahaust just split in half right after the muffler at the welded flanges. A neighbor and I jury rigged it together with some metal strapping and hose clamps and even built something to keep it off the rear bumper...which it was melting which is what made me notice it.

So my question is, after searching on here and not finding much and after emailing Jason B. the other day with no response, what would you recommend under these circumstances:

1. If we can get something in a CAT back exhaust that sounds a little tougher than the OEM exhaust, but has ZERO drone (since my wife does a ton of highway driving) than great...please point me in that direction.

2. If that's not possible, and the OEM muffler and Resonator are all in tact, would you recommend simply having someone cut out the rotted section, and welding in a spacer/tube to replace that welded flange?

I have 04 Armada LE. Terrible wear on rear tires (the inside(going thru tires in 2 months)) ride wobbly too, in the rain...fuggetaboutit. I had "CK Susp"
light for 2 years(dun ask). Replaced the compressor,height sensor and bags.
Took it to dealer, he must have reset the Module because it now lifts the rear,light gone(cost me $0)...but something is wrong. The dealer said the cambor bolts are all frozen, need new upper and lower arms and link bushings to get the suspension to do "it's thing". Does this sound right? I was gonna spend the bucks to buy a new crossmember and everything else below it to have a new rear. My mechanic says he'll cut the old one out, keep the springs,bags and knuckles and add the new stuff ($2000 worth) for $550 labor. Overkill? Will new arms and bushings and cambor kits will solve the problem. There is a lot of rust back there. Rear leveling lifts the truck to 82 inches(stock??)? Thank you Patcaro@comcast.net

I'm putting a mini prg lift on my 07 4x4 with auto leveling. It's the kit with the adjustable bilsteins and the 2 inch rear space. I also purchased a new set of 20 inch rims. Will nitto Terra grapplers size 305/55/20 fit without and rubbing? Do I have to remove any of the mud guards or the side steps? Thanks for your input.

Well crap, i finally found the thread i was looking for, and looked at the link you posted to get the prg lift. But now im confused.... since i have an 2010 do i need to get the 1.5 so i dont have to buy UCA's?? And can i just get the firestone airbags spring helpers to level up the rear or is it better to get the 2' spacer? I plan on getting air bags anyways since the rear end squats with an emty flatbed...
