The flares will use the same holes and screws on the underside, so you do not need those. But you will need the little plugs that pop into the fender, then the flare has tabs on it that will go into the plugs to hold it in place, along with the 3m tape, that comes preinstalled on the flares and then of course the screws that you already have. There are 2 types of plugs, you need the round ones for the most of the flare and then one oval shaped one for the bottom tab closest to the door side. You need to be very meticulous in lining of the holes for the tabs, if you can drill the holes in the right place, installation is a breeze.
