Bad fuel pump or something else

Hi folk. My 2005 Armada is not a happy camper. For the past few weeks it has been hesitating from a complete stop after depressing the accelator. A few times this has happened after releasing the brake before depressing the accelator. Last night it decided that it was not going to go up the driveway. Thank you for letting me make it home before you had a melt down. Is it a fuel pump or something else? The truck has 172,000 miles on it and has been great since I purchased it 7 years ago. Thanks for your help!

It could also maybe be a bad IPDM relay... there is a recall out on them.

Always have to consider TPS or the pedal itself with these kinds of problems. Let us know what you find.

Mine did this last year and it was a bad IPDM unit

I vote bad ipdm relays or fuel pump. With that kind of miles the in pump filter is bound to be clogged.....
